There are not enough hours in a day

*Sigh*

I dunno. I've been trying to get this presentation for Nintendo together before we leave in less than two weeks... I guess I didn't plan ahead enough or think about how my computer time would plummet in Mexico, living off of generator power.

So now I get up early(er) and finish school as quickly as possible, then devote as much time as I can to making slides... 12 days left, and I've got about six completed (but the rest are ready to be made now, I completed all the concept art).

On top of that, I am trying to carry out some promises I made to people that I procrastinated on, answer my texts/calls/emails while they pile up (collectively - at least) and have somewhat of a social life. I have two sites to retire from... etc.

And then I got depressed today because I couldn't beat a level 9 computer on Super Smash Bros. Brawl, couldn't pass the 11th dark stage on pictobits, couldn't find a certain map I needed online, and couldn't get past 300 points on the game I want to set a record on. I tried to relax and listen to podcasts that wouldn't download, then try and do something constructive - exercise - but my Wii Fit board ran out of batteries, and my back-up set ran out.

Oh yeah, and you guys are due for a vlog or two. But that requires cutting, editing, merging, saving and uploading. Plus, I promised my friend I'd upload his because his computer is too slow.

I've discovered that there are not enough hours in a day.

In a country far, far away...

We're about half-way through with our Canada trip, it's been a lot of fun with more sure to come. But I'm not giving out any details, you'll have to wait for the Vlog! Vlog # 4 should be ready in a couple days, this one will be the Gadgets Edition. I have three new toys to show you quickly, and a story that you won't believe. Also, there will be a give-away involved with Vlog # 4, so make sure you watch it and you might be the one to get the prize. If enough people try, I'll probably do them more often.

So there isn't any phone service out here, but we get okay Internet sometimes. I was able to comment on all the recently updated blogs and check email and stuff. So I'll be back in a few days -- watch for Vlog 4, Gadgets Edition for a cool story and a giveaway, Vlog 5 for details on Canada with another awesome story, and a couple surprises. See ya guys when  I get back :)

PS: If you texted me/left a voicemail, I see them - just can't reply yet :P

O.O

There was a program for the SNES that came out a while ago where you could make... stuff like this.

Through the Fire and the Flames is the hardest Guitar Hero song on GH3, and someone actually took the time to recreate the song on Mario paint. Jut watch, you'll be amazed.

Sky Pictures

I posted Sky pix 89-126! Go check 'em out. Take the big pink button-link on the top, you can't miss it.

Thanks to Mom for three pictures that she submitted, they're on the page between mine and Nathan's now :)

Let me know which are your top 12 favorites, because they might be made into a calendar.

The FENCE

This is the fence that I spoke of in Vlog 1. At first site, you might wonder what took us a week... so let me tell you; Those cement blocks weigh about 4o lbs. each, and we took hundreds of them from the front yard into the back yard, then placed them, then moved all the cedar wood, cement, and posts into the back yard to make the fence. Then we drilled holes in every third board for the sides, built them, made the fence, and hauled dirt into the backyard to fill in the trenches behind the retaining wall.
