My Desktop

I'm opening a Custom Desktop service, where you send in a request and I make it for you.

Example: I chose a Wii color theme, put my name in the Wii button, added a specific blue box for shortcuts to be placed, and a black box for the trashbin. I then added some artistic squares to the right side because it looked bland.

All you need to do: 

• Take a secreenshot (don't worry, it's easy really) of your desktop. You do this by pressing the print screen button ("prt scr" on your keyboard). It is like using Copy.
• Open up your photo-editing program. If you don't have anything, you can use Microsoft Paint.
• Paste. (CTRL+V) Make sure it fits exactly.
• Save, make sure to save it as a PNG.

• Send it to me in an email, or upload it and give me the URL. This so that I know what screen size your monitor is, and how big your shortcuts are. (So you probably want to organize your shortcuts before taking the screenshot)
• And tell me how you want it to look. You can have whatever design you want, really.

Once I make it, I either post it here or email it to you. You right-click > Save as background.

Viola.

Then you send the check in the mail.

ABBOTT : Super Duper computer store. Can I help you?

COSTELLO : Thanks. I'm setting up an office in my den and I'm thinking
about buying a computer. 

ABBOTT : Mac?

COSTELLO : No, the name's Lou .

ABBOTT : Your computer?

COSTELLO : I don't own a computer. I want to buy one.

ABBOTT : Mac?

COSTELLO : I told you, my name's Lou .

ABBOTT : What about Windows?

COSTELLO : Why? Will it get stuffy in here?

ABBOTT : Do you want a computer with Windows?

COSTELLO : I don't know. What will I see when I look at the windows?

ABBOTT : Wallpaper.

COSTELLO : Never mind the windows. I need a computer and software.

ABBOTT : Software for Windows?

COSTELLO : No. On the computer! I need something I can use to write

proposals, track expenses and run my business. What do you have?

ABBOTT : Office.

COSTELLO : Yeah, for my office. Can you recommend anything?

ABBOTT : I just did.

COSTELLO : You just did what?

ABBOTT : Recommend something.

COSTELLO : You recommended something ?

ABBOTT : Yes.

COSTELLO : For my office?

ABBOTT : Yes.

COSTELLO : OK, what did you recommend for my office?

ABBOTT : Office.

COSTELLO : Yes, for my office!

ABBOTT : I recommend Office with Windows.

COSTELLO : I already have an office with windows! OK, let's just say I'm

sitting at my computer and I wan t to type a proposal. What do I need?

ABBOTT : Word.

COSTELLO : What word?

ABBOTT : Word in Office.

COSTELLO : The only word in office is office.

ABBOTT : The Word in Office for Windows.

COSTELLO : Which word in office for windows?

ABBOTT : The Word you get when you click the blue 'W'.

COSTELLO : I'm going to click your blue 'w' if you don't start with some

straight answers. What about financial bookkeeping? You have anything

ABBOTT : Money.

COSTELLO : That's right. What do you have?

ABBOTT : Money.

COSTELLO : I need money to track my money?

ABBOTT : It comes bundled with your computer.

COSTELLO : What's bundled with my computer?

ABBOTT : Money.

COSTELLO : Money comes with my computer?

ABBOTT : Yes. No extra charge.

COSTELLO : I get a bundle of money with my computer? How much?

ABBOTT : One copy.

COSTELLO : Isn't it illegal to copy money?

ABBOTT : Microsoft gave us a license to copy Money.

COSTELLO : They can give you a license to copy money?

ABBOTT : Why not? THEY OWN IT!

(A few days later)

ABBOTT : Super Duper computer store. Can I help you?

COSTELLO : How do I turn my computer off?

ABBOTT : Click on 'START'.............

The game of Chicken

New layout

Yeah, I really didn't want to change this again, but my new browser (Google Chrome) didn't support the layout. Thus the GNN theme, and I'm still working on it.

'Just that I gotta do other things online before my blog :-/

Where are all my bloggers?

So pretty much all my older siblings have a blog, which means you have gmail accounts. I want touse Gtalk* with you! I just sent out my new email address, so if you don't have it - text me or call me or get it from my mom. Actually, I don't know if I have any of your guys' emails....

*Gmail Instant Messaging. It's built in. 

Birthday/Before

I had trouble placing this text in the right place, under the picture of my camera. But anyway, I got a Canon Elph! <3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3

It has 10 megapixls - a huge improvement over my last 4.1!!!

I like how it is small yet has a BIG screen, and it can tell when ou tip it on its side, so it moves the picture for you when you look at it :D

The picture above shows about 1/3 of the mess my room had become. 

I got that desire to move my room around, so I had to empty my shelves to move the furniture.

This is all I have "done" so far. The Entertainment Hub.

I have my bookshelf right next to my bed, my computer/desk where I can (and am doing so now) access it from my bed. No chair needed.

Just add bed.

Also, a keyboard! I got to open it two days early when Mandy and George+Co. were over. I think because Mandy was the one who introduced me.

Speaking of Mandy and George, thanks for coming over! I would have liked to have all my family over, but you guys are all spurpled.

In other news, Dad is getting baptised tomorrow at RLM. He is being baptised by Brian Haul, which I think is really cool. Brian's life was changed in Mexico, and now he gets to do this for Dad.

I bought a new game called N+. I don't usually wright to you about games I buy, but this one is intriguing. Huh?

Alagaesia Adventure Game

I beat the Alageasia Adventure game with Cassie a few days ago, it is an online text-based Role-Playing-Story. This is your "reward" for beating it; an ACSII picture of Saphira

Setting up the scaffolding is when we both stepped on a nail. The same nail. Withing ten seconds.

All in a good day's work

So today I was busy. "Working." Well, part of it was real work.

School, web design, roof shoveling, web design, web design, web design, purchasing a domain, setting up accounts, school, web design, etc.

Dad and I had to take a ton (literally) of snow off of our roof so it wouldn't cave in. >_>

Check it out. You know how I was talking about that Gamah Watch reboot? Well we decided the name Gamah Watch was hard to remember and spell, and only few would get the play-on-words. So now I have GNN, the Gamer News Network, where things are much more sleek than on GW, with many more features. www.GNNHQ.com
